photo access is a non-profit incorporated association with a diverse community of over 300 members, including photographers, photo-media artists, curators, scholars and image enthusiasts of all levels of experience. If you’re interested in building your photographic skills, developing your creative talents, accessing making facilities or finding friends who share your passion for photography, then we invite you to apply for a membership now!

Access to our state-of-the-art darkroom facilities to unleash your creativity in an environment equipped with enlargers and chemistry for developing and printing your own photographs (darkroom pass required);

Free access to our light-protected film processing room equipped with Patterson tanks, equipment and chemistry for black & white film developing, this dedicated space is designed specifically for the film processing experience;

At no extra cost use our Members’ digital imaging suite, including Mac computers and Epson scanners to digitise your negatives and slides, with PhotoShop and Lightroom also installed for all your editing needs;
