ecologies (Arctic) is a multichannel audiovisual installation within ecologies of duration, a long-form project investigating environments shaped by human-made crisis. Using aerial and underwater drones alongside site-specific sound recording, the work contrasts the millennial scale of glacial movement with the accelerated deglaciation brought by climate change. Treating drones as affective witnesses, it traces the scars of change while attending to more-than-human worlds. AI-generated videos imagine alternate futures for the sites observed.
