Expressions of interest

photo access is excited to invite ACT and regional emerging artists and photographers to apply for inclusion in VIEW2025. This is an opportunity to feature in our annual group exhibition showcasing future leaders in photo-media practice.

VIEW2025 will open in the photo access Gallery in late January 2025. A substantial, full-colour catalogue will accompany the installation (available printed and online) featuring a major essay by an early career ACT and region arts writer.

Artists and photographers are invited to propose innovative and thought-provoking works that demonstrate conceptual and material innovation and an adventurous engagement with contemporary issues and art practices. Works may be in any medium using or incorporating photographic processes, including still and moving images developed through digital and/or analogue techniques, multimedia, photo-sculptures and 3D installations.

Please submit an application via the form below to be considered.

Applications close at 11pm Monday 30 September, 2024.
